The Blue Jays have won the first three games of their series against the Red Sox after earning a 2-1 victory in 11 innings from Boston.
Bo Bichette drove in the go-ahead run with a sac fly in the top of the 11th.
Jeff Hoffman picked up his first win after striking out three over two scoreless innings of relief.
Toronto is leading the AL East.
Alex Bregman drove in the only run of the game for the Sox with a sac fly in the bottom of the first.
Boston has dropped three in a row.
They close out the series this afternoon at Fenway.
