A man is dead and another man is charged with murder after what police are calling a domestic incident in Middleborough.
Police say 66-year-old Paul Pomerleau died after he was stabbed Saturday night at a home on Fairview Street.
Police took 41-year-old Andrew Horsman into custody at the scene.
Police say the victim was in a long term relationship with Horsman's mother, and that the stabbing happened during an argument.
