A 23-year-old Dover, Vermont man is being sought by police in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Vermont after first being wanted in connection with a domestic case.
Vermont officials say Mason Payne fled from Vermont Police, into Massachusetts where Holyoke Police stopped him.
Payne took off from the I91 stop where he is accused of dragging an officer.
He will be ok.
But police say that Payne has made threats against police and should be considered armed and dangerous.
