The Longmeadow School Committee held a meeting last night to discuss the recent arrest of a middle school librarian on child pornography charges.In response to parents asking if the district missed any warning signs,
Superintendent Martin O'Shea said he was unaware of any complaints against Scott McGlinley before the charges.
However, he said Longmeadow plans to hire an independent firm to see if any issues were overlooked.
Chair Michaela Fitzgerald said the committee is ready to respond to any policy review or charges that arise during the investigation.
