Joel Embiid led all scorers with 33 points for the Sixers.
Tyrese Maxey recorded a double-double with 25 points and 10 rebounds.
Jayson Tatum led the C's with 24 points and 16 boards.
Jaylen Brown added 22 points.
Boston now leads the best of seven series 3-2 and will visit Philadelphia for Game Six on Thursday.
