A Worcester man accused of making death threats against an acquitted defendant in court is being held without bail.
Kane Notice was arraigned on a witness intimidation charge yesterday and is being held without bail.
Notice apparently was not happy with the result of a trial where a relative was the victim when he threatened the defendant and the person's attorney.
Notice will remain in custody at least until a dangerousness hearing is held on Thursday.
