Man Pleads Guilty To Parade Shooting

A Chicopee man admitted to charges Wednesday related to a shooting at a Saint Patrick's Day race in Holyoke last year.

Devin Roman pleaded guilty in Hampden Superior Court to numerous charges including armed assault with intent to murder and carrying a firearm without a license.

Roman admitted to firing five shots into a victim after he had supposedly stolen a watch from him years before.

There were still large groups of people in the area after the road race last March, but no one else was hit.
