Bill Cosby's lawyers will argue today that the comedian can't get a fair trial in Montgomery County because his sex assault case has drawn too much media attention.
The 79-year-old Cosby is facing three charges of aggravated indecent sexual assault after former Temple University employee Andrea Constand claimed Cosby drugged and molested her at his Philadelphia-area home in 2004.
Cosby's attorneys would like to see a change of venue or outside jurors brought in.
The arguments will come after a judge ruled Friday that prosecutors can only call on one accuser besides the complainant in the case.
They had submitted a witness list of 13 women who have accused Cosby of sexual misconduct.
