A trial date is scheduled for a Chicopee man charged with the deadly shooting of a teenager who he thought was breaking into his house.
Jeffrey Lovell is charged with manslaughter in the death of 15-year-old Dylan Francisco last July.
Francisco apparently thought he was knocking on the door of a friend's house when Lovell fired a shot through the door.
About a dozen people wearing "Justice for Dylan" shirts attended a hearing this week when the trial date was set for September 8th.
