Springfield Mayor Domenic Sarno says he's ready to work with the Trump administration to bring jobs and investments into the city.
Sarno sent that message in an email to the deputy director of the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs.
Sarno endorsed Hillary Clinton in the presidential campaign, but he describes himself as a moderate Democrat who works with federal, state and local officials to benefit the city's residents and businesses.
