Congressman Jim McGovern says the Affordable Care Act should be repaired by Congress, not replaced.
McGovern addressed the issue during a Town Hall meeting yesterday at Clark University in Worcester.
McGovern says the health care law should be tweaked, but any efforts to repeal the law will be met by resistance in Congress.
McGovern and Senator Ed Markey both attended the town hall meeting, saying they are concerned by budget cuts proposed by President Trump.
