The Hampden County DA says an arrest has been made in the Monday murder at an apartment complex in West Springfield.
Anthony Gulluni says 19 year old Roberto Santiago was arrested with the help of State Police in Connecticut last night as he was trying to get on a plane out of the country.
The 19 year old Roberto Santiago is accused in the shooting of 18 year old Delilah Santiago of Holyoke in the apartment. Police have not talked about a motive.
