South Hadley voters are making their voices heard on an environmental issue and a point of political reform.
Both a non-binding ballot question banning single-use plastic bags, as well as a question of reducing political action committee influence and limiting campaign donations, passed at a town election on Tuesday, and could be put on the annual town meeting.
The plastic bag issue passed overwhelmingly. That measure would ban single use plastic bags by retail establishments in town.
