Four people are displaced as a result of a fire in Springfield's Bay neighborhood.
The blaze was reported Thursday night at a home on Shelby Street. Several people had to be taken to Baystate Medical Center for observation.
Fire officials say the property was damaged to the tune of about 50-thousand dollars.
