Westfield and Florida Police are looking for a 14 year old boy, with ties to Westfield, who is considered armed and dangerous.
He was last seen wearing black shorts, a white t-shirt, and gray sandals.
Rossi is white, stand 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
