A criminal investigation is underway into reports of racial slurs being used against opposing players and others at Boston's Fenway Park.
Police confirm that they are investigating two allegations of the use of slurs during games between the Red Sox and the Baltimore Orioles this week.
Police say the department's civil rights unit is looking into the matter to determine of criminal charges are warranted.
Police say they spoke to Orioles player Adam Jones, who initially reported the use of racial slurs against him.
