Holyoke Police say a man is under arrest and is facing several charges after a standoff with police earlier this morning.
Police say a man barricaded himself inside an apartment on Pine Street and kept police at bay for a couple of hours.
Officials say that the incident started apparently over a dispute over property.
No names or details.
