State Prisoner Pleads Guilty To Threatening POTUS

A state prisoner is pleading guilty to  charges accusing him of threatening to kill the president of the United  States.

Prosecutors say Alex Hernandez of Worcester told an inmate at  Old Colony Correctional Center that he wanted to kill the president.

After the threat was made in March of 2015, Hernandez met with an  undercover agent and reiterated his desire to kill the president.

Hernandez faces up to five years in prison at sentencing in July.
