More bad news for the Boston Celtics.
As if being handled on their home court by the Cavaliers in games one and two of the Eastern Conference finals wasn't bad enough, the Celtics won't have Isaiah Thomas available to help them try to get back in the series.
The star point guard has been ruled out of the rest of the playoffs due to a torn labrum in his hip.
Thomas originally got hurt in March, aggravated the injury in the second round against the Wizards and did so again in Friday's Game 2 loss when he sat out the second half.
The Cavs cruised to a 130-86 win in that game, and now the series moves to Cleveland for Game 3 on Sunday night.
