Former Massachusetts House Speaker Sal DiMasi is no longer under home detention.
DiMasi was released from federal prison early last fall because of problems related to cancer, which is now in remission.
DiMasi had been under home detention since his release, with the requirement that a family member be present when eating because of tongue and throat cancer.
DiMasi was sentenced to eight years in prison in 2011 for public corruption.
