Ware officials Tuesday afternoon have issued a "Boil Water" order because of increased fecal material levels found in the water supply.
Officials say the order will continue in place until levels subside.
Many residents in Ware spent the day buying up bottled water.
Residents are being asked to get rid of ice cubes that they may have made prior to last Friday as well as any other water based products that they may have stored, made from the tainted liquid.
