The Russell man who made bombs threats last month is being held without right to bail pending a dangerousness hearing next week.
Robert Decoteau was arraigned today in Hampden Superior Court on multiple charges of possessing explosives and making bomb threats.
On May 2nd he led police on a high-speed chase along Route 5 in West Springfield reportedly waving pipe bombs out the window of his truck.
Based on a psychiatric evaluation Decoteau has been found competent to stand trial.
