An Auburn Woman -- a mother of two is being treated for a possible broken neck and a 43 year old man, suspected of being in the country is under arrest after a Route 20 accident in Auburn late Thursday.
Jose Acevedo arrested and charged with Operating Under The Influence.
He will be arraigned on a variety of other charges later today.
There has been no word on the conditions of the two children inside the mom's car.
They are 3 and 7.
