Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey is vowing legal action if the Trump administration rolls back federal limits on greenhouse gas emissions for cars and light trucks.
She's joined a coalition of 13 attorneys general who've written to EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt vowing a legal fight.
Healey says the public wants cleaner, more fuel-efficient cars, and the auto industry has made it possible.
