The Hampden County District Attorney is confirming that a second person has died as a result of a shooting last weekend at the Kick Back Lounge on State Street.
Chauncy Marshall, who was 31 died from his injuries from the shooting on June 4..
There have been no arrests in connection with the case. The Springfield Mayor has indicated that he believed there would be arrests.
Anyone with information is asked to call Springfield Police.
With the second death, there have been 8 murders in the city so far this year.
