Storms on Tuesday left their mark on Western Massachusetts.
A lightning strike is believed to be responsible for some damage to a building on Lyman Street in Springfield.
Thousands of power outages were reported in Franklin County, with Athol and Orange being the hardest-hit.
There were multiple reports of trees and wires down across that county, as well, including trees causing damage to houses in Orange.
