Wrongful death hearings into whether lawsuits against the Aaron Hernandez estate can proceed are scheduled to start soon.
"The Boston Herald" reports that lawyers for the families of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado are returning to court tomorrow.
The hearings are looking into the status of wrongful death suits for the men murdered in 2012. Hernandez was acquitted of the killings.
