Kick Back Lounge Set For City Hearing

There are hearings set on the violence outside of the Kick Back Lounge in Springfield.

There was a triple shooting there last month that resulted in two  deaths.

Mayor Domenic Sarno says the first hearing  is to consider if there are violations of the club's entertainment  license.

Then the License Commission is holding a pre-hearing conference  to discuss possible violations of the club's liquor license.

Sarno says  the behavior of late night patrons is causing quality of life issues  for area residents as well as public safety problems that are  unacceptable.
