A Massachusetts man is dead after an apparent boating accident off Charlotte.
State Police say an abandoned boat was found idling near a dock at Point Bay Marina on Saturday.
Police say the investigation shows that 64-year-old David Clement of Pittsfield fell from the boat and apparently drowned.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or had contact with Clement on Saturday is asked to contact State Police.
