A bill that would guarantee protections for pregnant workers is headed to Governor Charlie Baker's desk.
The measure requires companies to provide reasonable accommodations for pregnant workers.
These include giving them less strenuous duties and more breaks.
The bill also would give new mothers time off to recover from childbirth and a private location for collecting breast milk.
