Former priest and convicted child sex abuser Paul Shanley is being released from prison this week.
Shanley is completing his 12-year prison term for sexually abusing a Sunday school student in the 1980s.
The 86-year-old Shanley will be monitored by the Probation Department for the next decade. The terms of his release also require no contact with anyone under the age of 16.
