Connecticut AG Against Transgendered Ban

Connecticut Attorney General George  Jepsen says he opposes President Trump's transgender military ban.

He  joins a number of other attorney generals across the country who are  against the ban.

Jepsen said he signed the letter sent to  ranking members of the House and Senate Armed Services Committee urging  Congress to prohibit discrimination against current transgender military  members.

The Connecticut Democrat said, quote, "Discrimination of any  kind has no place in our society."  Jepsen said he's proud to support  the transgender community.
