A 17-year-old is facing charges of disorderly conduct, malicious destruction of property over 250 dollars, and causing injury over five-thousand dollars to a memorial.
The teen appeared in Boston Juvenile Court for arraignment yesterday.
He was ordered to stay away from the New England Holocaust Memorial in Boston, which he is accused of throwing a rock into.
Details as to why the teen alleged committed the vandalism have not been released.
