More Boston Drama

The Red Sox scoRed  three runs in the ninth to rally for a 5-4 win over the Cardinals at  Fenway Park.  

Xander Bogaerts hit a solo homer before Mookie Betts  smacked a game-winning two-run double.  Craig Kimbrel got the victory in  relief.  

Boston swept the two game set and has won 12 of its last 14  overall. 

 The Red Sox  and Yankees open a three-game series at Fenway Park tomorrow night.  

At  69-and-51, Boston is four-and-a-half games ahead of New York in the AL  East.  

Drew Pomeranz gets the start in the opener for the Sox.  

The Yanks counter with Jordan Montgomery.

The Yankees play the Mets tonight.
