The Hampden County DA says that an arrest has been made in the Lisa ZeIgert Murder case.
Officials in Rockville Connecticut say that Gary Schara has been arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.
He is wanted in the commonwealth on rape, kidnapping and murder charges.
ZeIgert was a 24 year old teacher who was working part time as a clerk in a card shop when she was kidnapped, raped and murdered.
