Things are returning back to normal in East Longmeadow.
Officials have announced that there will be school today, Tuesday. That is a turn around from the previous word yesterday.
Town officials say that the power was restored by National Grid to most of the town far faster than had been anticipated.
Town offices are open as well.
National Grid still working on returning the few customers left without power back to the grid.
