The West Springfield Police Department is in possession of seven-hundred bags of heroin after a reported drug raid at a motel.
Officers with the city police department, along with the Western Massachusetts Gang Task Force and the Hampden County Narcotics Task Force, executed a search warrant on Thursday at the Westside Inn on Riverdale Street.
The heroin bags were reportedly stamped with a blue shark logo. Police say one man was taken into custody, who has not been identified as of yet.
