A man from western Massachusetts has died following a motor vehicle crash in Delaware.
State police in New Castle say Thomas Brock was crossing a road in an area known for elaborate Christmas displays and walked directly into the path of a car driven by a 23-year-old from Bear, Delaware, on Friday.
Brock was from Longmeadow.
He died on Saturday at a Delaware hospital, according to police, who add that the driver was not speeding or impaired.
