The fire is out and no injuries were reported after a recycling plant caught fire in East Springfield last night.
Fire Department Spokesman Dennis Leger says the fire started inside the Northstar Pulp and Paper Company yesterday afternoon.
It appears that bales of shredded cardboard caught on fire.All the employees got out safely and no evacuations were reported.
The fire remains under investigation.
