The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is investigating allegations of sexual misconduct by casino mogul Steve Wynn.
The commission learned yesterday that Wynn purposely withheld the seven-million-dollar settlement paid to a woman he reportedly abused from the panel.
Neither Wynn nor his attorney revealed the information, which is a consideration in deeming a person's suitability to run a gaming facility.
The commission could strip Wynn of the license if he's deemed unsuitable.
