Holyoke officials are working to recover money that was apparently taken in a cyber attack.
The city's treasurer office was scammed out of less than ten-thousand-dollars.
The incident occurred last year and the suspect is from Long Island, New York, according to Holyoke police.
Mayor Alex Morse says the city treasurer is taking steps to prevent future similar incidents.
