A court is ordering the man accused of causing a fatal accident in Belchertown to reveal the pass code to his cell phone to police.
Nineteen-year-old Ryan Fellion faces motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation charges in connection to the death of Larry Kelley, a well-known blogger in Amherst, a year ago.
Police seized Fellion's phone after the wreck.
Fellion is due back in East Hampshire District Court on Friday for a pre-trial hearing.
