A pre-trial hearing is scheduled today for Ryan Fellion.
He's the teen facing motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation as well as other charges in connection with a deadly crash.
Larry Kelley of Amherst was killed in the collision in February of 2017, on Route 9 in Belchertown.
A judge ruled this week that Fellion must reveal his cell phone pass code to state police so investigators can complete a search warrant of the phone.
