Free Speach Suit Moved To Eastern Mass

A 50-million-dollar lawsuit tied to the Boston  "free speech rally" last summer is being transferred out of Western  Massachusetts court.

Berkshire Superior  Court Judge John Agostini moved the suit to Middlesex Superior Court  earlier this week.

A former North Adams man, Brandon Navom, filed the  suit against Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, claiming he was falsely lumped in with hate groups.

The case was moved since Navom now lives in Lowell.
