Got A Record? No Need To Apply

Anyone with a previous drug  trafficking conviction is not going to be able to work in the legal  marijuana industry in Massachusetts.

The Cannabis Control Commission  voted  to automatically disqualify anyone convicted of drug  trafficking.

Others previously on the disqualified list include  registered sex offenders and people with violent felony convictions.

Legal recreational sales of marijuana are scheduled to begin in the  state in July.
