Bill Cosby is back in a Pennsylvania courtroom today.
Cosby smiled and waved to reporters before his pretrial hearing started in Norristown to decide what evidence can be shown to the jury.
The judge will also have to decide if any more of Cosby's alleged victims can testify against him.
The comedian and actor will be retried on sexual assault charges after his first trial ended in a hung jury last June.
His defense is looking to have the second case thrown out before heading for that April retrial. Jury selection is slated to begin March 29th.
