A 27 year old Chicopee Police Officer is free on 5 thousand dollars bail after being arrested on rape and kidnapping charges.
Corey Fournier entered the plea in Worcester District Court Tuesday.
Few details from the arraignment other than Officer Corey Fournier was attending a National Guard Training session when he is accused of raping a woman at Fort Devens.
Chicopee Police aren't commenting on the allegations.
