#3 Is Here Battering The State

Another nor'easter is moving in to  Southern New England this morning.

It is the third one this month.

The National Weather Service is  calling for a half-foot to a foot of snow in northern Connecticut and  western Massachusetts  through the evening hours.

Significant reductions in visibility are  possible, and forecasters say travel will be difficult in the morning  and afternoon commutes.

Schools are canceled and parking bans are in  effect up and down the Pioneer Valley.

City Halls are closed throughout the region and the Governor has asked non-essential state employees to stay home.
