Hampden County is the unhealthiest county in Massachusetts, according to a new report.
The annual information comes from County Health Rankings and Roadmaps, which uses length of life, quality of life and other methodologies to determine its list.
Hampshire County was ranked fifth, Franklin ranked tenth and Berkshire County twelfth on the list, while Nantucket County was number one.
