Man Arrested In High School Bathroom Case

Northampton Police Chief Jody Kasper says a 22 year old school custodian has been arrested and charged with four counts of "photographing a person in the nude without their consent."

The Chief says the suspect, Michael Kremensky made "modifications" in the girls bathroom last week that were discovered when a set of workers who were coming in to fix a leak discovered it.

Kremensky was arrested at 10:30 Friday night and will be arraigned on the charges in Northampton District Court on Monday.

Chief Kasper says she is unable to say much more about the case since the investigation is continuing.

She does not say if there will be additional charges or whether the suspect had been working at other schools in the system, besides the high school.
